Processing time
Orders are usually made and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. During busy seasons or convention weeks it can take a little longer, and I will always note it at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Rates and free shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over $75 ship free.
International orders
Yes, I ship worldwide. International parcels may pass through customs, and any import fees are set by your own country.

Checkout is quick and secure. You can pay with all major credit and debit cards, along with any other options shown at checkout.

Payment is taken when you place your order, which reserves your piece and starts the making process.

Prices are listed in US dollars. Any sales tax is calculated at checkout based on where your order is going.

Returns & Exchanges
Because everything here is handmade and often made to order, I handle returns personally and truly want you to love your piece.
Returns
If something is not right, reach out within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original condition. Once your return arrives it will be refunded to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Would you like a different design or size? Message me and I will help you swap it whenever stock allows.
Damaged or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, send a photo and your order number through the Contact page and I will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Custom and commissioned pieces are made just for you, so they are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Product Care
A little care keeps your pieces looking their best for a long time.
Stickers
Vinyl stickers are waterproof and fade resistant. They love water bottles, laptops, and notebooks. Press firmly and let them set for a day before any heavy use.
Keychains and charms
Acrylic charms are sturdy but can scratch. Keep them away from harsh chemicals and wipe them clean with a soft dry cloth.
Prints
Handle prints by the edges and keep them out of direct sunlight. Framing behind glass keeps the colors vivid for years.
Apparel and drinkware
Wash apparel inside out on a cold gentle cycle and hang to dry. Hand wash any drinkware to protect the artwork.

I open a few commission slots each season for custom pieces and personal projects.
How it works

Turnaround
Timelines depend on the project and the current queue. I will always give you an honest estimate before we begin.
Deposits and approvals
Larger commissions start with a deposit, and you will see a proof for approval before anything is finished or shipped.
Final sale
Because commissions are made just for you, they are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
